With these exercises you can improve the ability to stretch the muscles getting a number of benefits: to prepare muscles for subsequent effort and improve blood flow to the muscle at the end of the exercise, to prevent contractures because it relaxes the muscles, provides more power, flexibility and muscle strength and to improve the speed and coordination of movements.
