GAP is a aerobic gym style for toning up gluteus, abs and legs. This such specific activity is always requested for avoiding a sedentary lifestyle and getting fat on those body parts.  

GAP exercises are focused in these body parts, so the first lessons taken, could be a bit hard, but  the results are a satisfaction if worked in a regular way.
